What actually decides your price?
Three things determine what you pay and it’s rarely just “per session.”
- Brand of filler used – quality, source, and safety profile of the product varies significantly between brands
- Quantity (ml) used – how much product your lips actually need for the result you want
- The injector’s experience – technique affects not just the result, but how efficiently product is used
Your consultation itself isn’t really a separate cost driver it’s where the first two get decided for your lips specifically.
So, what’s the actual price range?
Filler pricing in India typically ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per ml, depending on the brand and clinic.
This wide range exists because there are dozens of filler companies on the market, all priced differently based on their quality and origin.
What’s usually included in that price:
- The full treatment for that syringe/area
- Any touch-ups or review visits needed for the same concern – Dr Devayani doesn’t charge separately for these
What’s not included:
- If a second syringe needs to be opened beyond your quoted amount, that is billed additionally – you’ll always be told before it happens
How much product will you actually need?
- 1ml is generally enough for mild to moderate lip volume or shape enhancement
- Up to 1.5ml may be needed if you want a visible change in lip ratio or a more noticeable enhancement
There’s no one-size answer here – it depends on your natural lip volume and how much change you’re looking for.
The philosophy behind the approach
Dr Devayani’s approach leans deliberately conservative: under-correct, or correct just enough to see a real change.
If there’s product left over after your session, it isn’t discarded. It’s stored in sterile conditions for 1–2 weeks, during which any touch-ups can be done – at no extra charge.
The most expensive mistake: shopping on price alone
The most common mistake patients make when choosing purely on price is ending up with a bad result – or an unsafe one.
Dr Devayani has personally treated multiple patients who came to her needing hyaluronidase to dissolve over-injected lips and correct unnatural, asymmetric results from elsewhere. Fixing an unsafe result almost always costs more – in money, time, and confidence – than getting it right the first time.
How long does 1ml actually last?
One ml of filler is generally used up over one to two visits. Only rarely, and usually for very subtle changes, is a third top-up needed.
This is worth factoring into your “real” cost – a cheaper filler that needs frequent redoing may not actually save you money over a year.

Is a numbing cream used?
Yes, lips are numbed before injection – most patients find it very tolerable.
How soon will I see the final result?
Immediately, though some swelling in the first 24–48 hours can make lips look slightly fuller than the final settled result.
How long does lip filler last?
Typically 6–9 months, depending on your metabolism and how much you move your lips (talking, smoking, etc. can affect longevity).
Can I get a natural look, not an “overfilled” one?
